My Photo!

I’m Vitor, proud settler of Albion who calls England his home. My native soil, commonly known as Portugal, is a sliver of land garnished by sea — immense, inviting ocean —, reason why my life's implicit purpose has always been the pursuit of knowledge and freedom.

Allow me to introduce myself.

My work

Nowadays, I'm part of a fantastic team called TEG London, assisting universities and students from all over the world, in the recruitment and admission process.

Previously, as travel visas advisor, for several years I helped people crossing borders. This came as a natural evolution on former experiences in hospitality and public services. I do believe my methodical approach, team spirit and empathy with customers, make me a valuable asset on any organization.

Feel free to read my CV and drop me a line if you would like to discuss a collaboration. You are also very welcome to connect on LinkedIn.

This is important to me

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (here's a gorgeous illustrated version) is a fundamental document, stating the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every single human being, no matter their origin, beliefs, or life choices.

It is of utmost importance to defend those principles, by fighting abuses to freedom and dignity anywhere in the world. If you can, please get involved with Amnesty International or Human Rights Watch, both non-governmental organizations dedicated to this cause.

Life can be beautiful and fulfilling if we respect ourselves and one another — always try to be considerate and kind.

Follow me

I love running and hiking, but you don't have to be as fast as Emil Zátopek to follow me on Strava, so go ahead and give me kudos!

If you're into photography or social media show-off (who isn't, right?), feel free to connect on Instagram.

Say hello

Generally, there simply isn't a second chance — if you feel like saying something, go for it: write me an email to vitor@rotiv.org.

Thanks for coming by!
